6 week Postnatal fitness classes - PHASE 2

Dates: 7th July, 14th July, 28th July, 4th August, 11th August, 18th August. * No class on 21st July *

Phase 2 is designed for all Mamas who have completed Phase 1, or who have completed a similar postnatal course. I will work with the groups needs to help strengthen each week.

You can expect a 45min - 60min work out specifically designed to help you recover and strengthen after pregnancy and childbirth. The 6 week programme consists of a mixture of calisthenics, circuit training, mat work and resistance training ran by a fully qualified Postnatal Fitness Instructor.

Safe, moderate and effective workout without needing childcare, plenty of craic in a safe and welcoming space to feel like you again and join us for coffee after.
