6 week Postnatal fitness classes - PHASE 1

Dates: 7th July, 14th July, 28th July, 4th August, 11th August, 18th August. * No class on 21st July *

Phase 1 is a starter class for any mamas who have recently given birth, or who are returning to exercise for the first time since birth. I would also recommend this class for anyone with pelvic floor issues or diastasis recti (tummy separation). It's the perfect starting point.

You can expect a 45min - 60min work out specifically designed to help you recover and strengthen after pregnancy and childbirth. The 6 week programme consists of a mixture of calisthenics, mat work and resistance training ran by a fully qualified Postnatal Fitness Instructor.

Safe, moderate and effective workout without needing childcare, plenty of craic in a safe and welcoming space to feel like you again and join us for coffee after.
