5 Week Prenatal fitness classes.
Dates: 9th July, 16th July, 23rd July, 30th July, 6th Aug
You can expect a 45min - 60 min workout to help you to stay active and strong throughout pregnancy. The 5 week programme consists of a mixture of calisthenics, mat work and breathing techniques ran by a fully qualified Prenatal Fitness Instructor.
All exercises are specifically designed to prepare your body for labour and recovery.
